Hey guys , a journalist from the DailyStar revealed some weird “exclusive” details on Leona Lewis’s next album Glassheart… Here is the article but be aware this could be an April fool… Hope it’s not, cause that would mean Leona’s come back is closer… Wait and see! What do you think of it ?

Leona Lewis’s third album may have been delayed by almost a year but I’m told her new single is ready for release.

The original X Factor queen is hoping to premiere the new song at Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend in June. And I’m told it’s a smash hit.

A source revealed: “Leona is so excited about her third album.

“The delays have obviously started rumours that the label isn’t happy but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

“Leona thinks this is her best album by far, and she wants to have a single out by the time of her Hackney Weekend performance.”

I’ve heard another single option, Trouble, by Emeli Sande and I love it.

The album is now scheduled for a November release but I hear it could be brought forward.

British singing sensation Leona Lewis gave a show-stopping performance last week. While Hizreen Kamal was impressed, she came away wanting a little more

SHE came, she sang and she left.

British pop star Leona Lewis thrilled the audience at this year’s Sapura & Kencana Petroleum Red Ribbon GP Ball at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur last Thursday.

The 26-year-old singer-songwriter first came to prominence in 2006 when she won the third edition of the British TV talent show The X Factor. She has since released three albums.

She is big on ballads and is known for her vocal prowess that has been likened to a young Whitney Houston. But her famous large mop of golden brown corkscrew curls became dark wavy tresses that evening.
Backed by a four-piece band, Lewis came on stage wearing a long, white silk dress which accentuated her curves, with a huge red flower on her head.

She kicked off her showcase with the emotional Brave, off her second album, Echo. Her almost morbid four-octave vocal range mesmerised some 700 guests comprising Kuala Lumpur’s who’s who in their most stylish get-ups.

The guest list was headed by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah, Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Haminah Hamidun, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and KL mayor Tan Sri Ahmad Fuad Ismail.

Other guests at the charity ball, held in conjunction with the Sepang F1 race, included Hollywood actors Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Camilla Belle, and F1 superstars Fernando Alonso, Nico Rosberg and Pastor Maldonado.

Following her “brave” rendition, Lewis performed another equally challenging ballad, Don’t Let Me Down, also from the same album. Then came her more popular single, the R&B-tinged pop tune Better In Time, which had some in the audience tapping to the beat and humming along.

Whatever It Takes, a chirpier gospel-pop singalong, was performed next.

Special thanks to Karla for sharing this article on twitter!

Hello guys! It is now official Leona is one of the artist on the headline of the phenomenal BBC Radio1 Hackney Weekend Concert, in London. She will perform on June Saturday 23th! An honour for Leona Lewis who comes from this very special place of London’s city.

Worldwide megastar Leona Lewis is poised to put in the performance of her life at this homecoming set, signifying a return to the stage for the Hackney resident, presently perfecting her third album.

A far cry from the shy and sweet contestant who stole the heart of the nation before being crowned X Factor winner in 2006, Leona underwent an epic transformation, becoming an international celeb whilst securing her place as a national treasure. Radio 1 have played no small part in her journey; in 2007 her Live Lounge cover of Snow Patrol’s Run was so well received that it was later released as a single, securing Leona her third UK Number 1 single.

The multi-platinum selling, Grammy-nominee continues to show her appreciation by ensuring Radio 1 listeners are ahead of the pack, with her most recent single Collide receiving its’ first UK radio play on Scott Mills’ show back in July.
